Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no restocking fees. Returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

  • Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping on items over $100. For items under $100, a return shipping fee may apply.
  • Exchanges: You may exchange an item for another color, size, or product within the 30-day window. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original form of payment.

Custom & Final Sale Items

Please note that custom-made, personalized, and final sale items are non-returnable. However, if a custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Simply contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your product.

Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental U.S. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.

Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase date, we will honor a one-time price adjustment. Sale items are excluded from price adjustments.
